Enzyme Blend
The plant-based enzymes used in this formula provide digestive capability over a wider pH range than animal enzymes and aid with digestion of carbohydrates, proteins, fats and fibre.

The carbohydrate digesting enzymes include alpha-galactosidase, which helps break down fermentable carbohydrates, such as beans, resulting in a reduction in flatulence.

Digestion of dietary proteins is aided by papain, which also helps digestion of the gliadin components of gluten (so enhancing tolerance to gluten in the diet).
