Children 3 months - 2 years:
Place 4-6 drops on a tissue and hold close to, but not touching, the nose allowing child to breathe in vapour.
At night sprinkle the recommended dose onto a tissue and place in the room out of the child's reach.
Children 2- 6 years:
Place 8-12 drops on a tissue and use as above.
Alternatively add 8-12 drops to hot water and inhale the vapour, or leave in the bedroom overnight.
Ensure hot water is kept out of reach of children.
Not recommended for babies under 3 months old.
